§ Mr. George HowarthWe are preparing an order under paragraph 10 of Schedule 3 to the Data Protection Act 1998 specifying additional circumstances in which sensitive personal data may be processed. We have no current plans to bring forward subordinate legislation made under any other provision of Schedules 2, 3 or 4 to the 1998 Act.
