§ Mr. SpellarThe five tenders received for the Short Term Strategic Airlift programme are currently being assessed by DPA officials against the authorised Staff Requirement, which includes the in-service date of 2001. Owing to the commercial confidentiality of the tenders and assessment process, I am withholding the information that my hon. Friend seeks under exemption 13 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
