§ Mr. TimmsWe have received numerous representations on our recent proposals for reform from organisations, academic bodies, MPs and members of the public towards our central aim of work for those who can and security for those who cannot. Over 4,000 responses have been received in total to formal consultation exercises on welfare reform since March 1998.
