Mr. Salter

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many people working with children who have been convicted of a criminal offence received sentences of(a) custody, (b) community service and (c) probation; and in each case of what lengths, in each of the last 10 years; [89267]

(2) how many people working with children have been (a) arrested for and (b) convicted of a criminal offence broken down by category of offences in each of the last 10 years; [89266]

(3) if he will estimate the cost to public funds for each of the last 10 years of those people working with children who have been convicted of a criminal offence and who have received (a) a custodial sentence, (b) a suspended sentence, (c) community service, (d) a conditional discharge, (e) an absolute discharge, (f) a fine, (g) a probation sentence and (h) a police caution; [89270]

(4) if he will estimate the cost to public funds for each of the last 10 years of those people working with children who have been convicted of a criminal offence and who have subsequently re-offended; [89269]

(5) how many people working with children who have been convicted of a criminal offence have subsequently re-offended in each of the last 10 years; [89268]

(6) how many people working with children who have been convicted of a criminal offence have received (a) a suspended sentence, listing the length of that suspension and the sentence, (b) a police caution, (c) a fine, and of what value, (d) an absolute discharge and (e) a conditional discharge in each of the last 10 years.
