§ Mr. HoonSheriffs have a role in the enforcement of High Court judgments. A review of enforcement is currently being undertaken by the Lord Chancellor's Department, which will examine that role in some detail.

I am not aware of any proposals to review the functions that Sheriffs have in addition to their enforcement role.
