§ Mr. HainI recently announced that I have allocated £39,000 to Flintshire County Council, for 1999–2000, under the Safe Routes to School Initiative. This will help the local authority to improve road safety in the vicinity of eleven primary and two secondary schools in the Connah's Quay, Shotton and Queensferry areas.
