To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what has been the cost to public funds of the police appeal for Jeff and Jenny Bramley. [66934]

I understand from the Chief Constable that the total estimated cost to the Cambridgeshire Constabulary of the investigation to trace the Bramley family was £50,000.
