[holding answer 21 January 1999]: I understand that IMS Iran Ltd. ceased trading in 1991.

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence on what basis International Military Services Ltd. is trading; and if he will make a statement on its activities. [66998]

Mr. Spellar

[holding answer 21 January 1999]: International Military Services Ltd. ceased trading in July 1991, and only remains in being until its outstanding obligations are discharged.
