To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list for each project of over £10,000 the education research programmes commissioned by his Department in(a) 1997–98, (b) 1998–99 and (c) 1999–2000; what is the total proposed budget for education research projects for each of the next three financial years; and what percentage of this will be under the control of the Scottish Parliament.
