§ Mr. Paul MurphyCurrently, the consulting engineers commissioned by the Northern Ireland Fishing Harbour Authority are assessing if the preferred site on the North Quay is suitable for the ice plant. If all goes according to the Authority's plan, it is anticipated that work on the new ice plant will commence in the summer.
