§ Mr. Ian McCartneyNo. The Joint Industry Board for the Electrical Contracting Industry does, however, operate a Dismissals Procedures Agreement designated by the Secretary of State under S110 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 but that agreement does not cover redundancy payments.
