§ Mr. George HowarthThe residence requirement which makes it difficult for homeless people to register is about to be reviewed by the Working Party on Electoral Procedures which I chair. The Working Party will be able to make detailed recommendations when it presents its final report to my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary later this year.
