To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, pursuant to his answer of 11 January 1999,official report, column 97, if he will list the estimated costs for each of the proposed functions of the Commission which formed the basis of the estimated annual running cost of the Commission. It will be for the Disability Rights Commission (DRC), when it is established, to decide how to allocate its resources.
