§ Mr. MacdonaldNo formal advice or recommendations has yet been submitted by Scottish Natural Heritage to my hon. Friend. I understand that SNH's view is that a limited pilot reintroduction project may be the best way forward. SNH is developing proposals prior to putting advice and recommendations to Ministers.
