§ Mr. Mike O'BrienWork is now starting on the applications lodged before July 1993 and we expect to have completed most of them by May 1999. Work is about to start on the outstanding applications lodged between July 1993 and December 1995 and it is our aim to have resolved these during the financial year 1999–2000.
