§ Mr. George RobertsonI have had no discussions with the Prime Minister of France but have spoken to the French Minister of Defence, Mr. Richard, on a wide range of issues of mutual concern, including Operation Southern Watch. French aircraft have not participated in Operation Southern Watch flights since missions resumed following Operation Desert Fox last month. We hope French aircraft will participate shortly.
