§ Mr. MeacherProposals for changing the recovery targets were included in the recent consultation paper, the Review Of The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997, published on 30 July 1998. I have had further advice from the Advisory Committee on Packaging, on this and on other issues covered in the review, as set out in Sir Peter Parker's letter to me on 22 December 1998, copies of which I am placing in the Library.
