The following is the information:

those who can, security for those who cannot. They will help disabled people to take up and stay in employment, modernise the system and improve provision for severely disabled people with the greatest needs.

Spending on benefits for sick and disabled people has reached almost £25 billion a year and will continue to rise in real terms as we meet increasing demand and seek to do more for those in greatest need.
