§ Mr. TimmsOn 10 December 1998,Official Report columns 278, my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister announced that the Performance and Innovation Unit has now been established. One of its first projects will be to look at how we can improve the well-being and quality of life of older people by helping them to remain active. The Unit has been asked to deliver their conclusions in the summer.
