§ Mr. HuttonThe £140 million covers the years 1999–2000, 2000–01 and 2001–02. A special grant report, giving details of the allocation of the £20 million for the first year, will be laid before Parliament shortly. As the results of the allocation formula change from year to year because of new data, any figures for 2000–01 and 2001–02 could only be indicative at this stage.
