§ Mr. Tony LloydMinisters and senior officials have raised UN finance with both the Administration and Congress, urging prompt payment of US arrears. The European Union has taken similar action. We continue to promote the EU' s proposals for UN financial reform including tougher penalties for non-payment of UN dues.
