§ Mr. Ian McCartneyWe have published our estimate of the costs to employers of parental leave in the Regulatory Impact Assessment for the Employment Relations Bill. We will be consulting on the details of the parental leave scheme in the draft regulations which we will publish before the Summer. We aim to keep employers' administrative costs to a minimum and will make a further assessment of these when the details are settled.
