§ Janet AndersonI have received representations on this subject from a number of companies and associations in the tourism, hospitality and leisure industry. I understand the Low Pay Commission (LPC) had a good and productive dialogue with many representatives of the 359W tourism industry. This is reflected in the recommendations the LPC made. All the industry's major representative organisations were included in the recent consultation exercise about the draft regulations which will implement the National Minimum Wage.
