Mr. Malcolm Bruce

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what is his estimate of total(a) central Government and (b) local authority expenditure on education for (i) 1994–95, (ii) 1995–96, (iii) 1996–97, (iv) 1997–98, (v) 1998–99 and (vi) 1999–2000, expressed in 1997–98 prices. [72757]
