§ Dr. ReidIn only one case, namely the development of the Canada Water bus station, was London Underground obliged to take steps to appeal against the refusal by the local planning authority to approve certain reserved planning matters relating to the development.
I am not in a position to comment on practice in this respect in Hong Kong.
