§ Mr. MealeA copy of the report was received in January this year. United Kingdom input to the report was co-ordinated by the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions with assistance from producers of radioactive waste. The international perspective provided by the report may prove useful in considering how to respond to the report on nuclear waste management which the House of Lords Select Committee on Science and Technology is expected to produce shortly.
