§ Mr. HoonIn addition to conditional fee agreements and legal aid, personal injury actions may also be financed, amongst other things, by before the event legal expenses insurance, which is a common addition to many motoring and home contents insurance; after the event legal expenses insurance; through benefits arising from membership of organisations or trade unions and such arrangements as are agreed between solicitors and their clients.
