§ Mr. HuttonThe National Health Service Executive has been actively evaluating the full business case submitted by the Leeds Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust in November 1998. The trust and Bradford and Northern Housing Association, the private finance initiative partner, are being advised on the further work that needs to be done before the full business case can be submitted to Her Majesty's Treasury for approval.
