To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he will estimate the spending on health for Scotland as a whole for(a) 1996–97, (b) 1997–98, (c) 1998–99, (d) 1999–2000 and (e) 2000–01 in (i) current and (ii) constant 1998–99 prices; [71779]

(2) if he will estimate the total spending on health for Scotland across all categories of health expenditure for each year from 1994–95 to 2000–01 in (i) current and (ii) constant 1998–99 prices. [71780]
