§ Mr. StrawSection 5 of the Criminal Justice (Terrorism and Conspiracy) Act 1998–Conspiracy to commit offences outside the United Kingdom came into effect on 4 September 1998. Information on prosecutions from the Home Office Court Proceedings Database will begin to become available in the Spring of this year.
