To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions when he will publish the public consultation Regulations on the implementation of EC Directive 96/59/EC on the disposal of polychlorinated biphenyls and polychlorinated triphenyls. [71424]

§ Mr. Meacher
I am publishing the draft Regulations today. The public consultation will last for a period of six weeks.
A copy of the consultation documents have been placed in the Library of the House.
