§ Mr. MacdonaldThe terms of Dr. Pusztai's employment required that disclosure of any information or data collected in the course of his employment required the approval of the Director of the Rowett Research Institute. The same restrictions apply after employment has ceased. The Institute is encouraging Dr. Pusztai to prepare his results for publication through the standard channels of peer reviewed scientific journals.
461WDr. Pusztai is free to pursue similar research elsewhere.
From 1 July 1999, this will be a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
