To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his answer of 13 January 1999,Official Report, column 225, on Iraq, if he will place copies of the messages and letters received by Her Majesty's Government relating to Operation Desert Fox in the Library. [69787]

Many messages from governments were in the form of public statements. They are therefore already in the public domain. Other governments made their views known during telephone conversations, meetings or in personal letters. It would not be appropriate for me to make these exchanges public.
