To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if he will make a statement on the Government's policy on the Biosafety Protocol negotiations in Colombia, with specific reference to Article 1; and if he will make it his policy to support the inclusion of the precautionary principle as regards human health.
