§ Mr. RookerMember States participating in the EU Surplus Food Scheme are obliged to notify the European Commission of the eligibility criteria which they apply. The UK Government announced last year that the EU Surplus Food Scheme would not be operated in the UK; thus the issue of eligibility criteria does not arise here.
