§ Mr. DenhamThe East Sussex Brighton and Hove Health Authority has a duty to ensure that the quality of care for those living in Eastbourne is satisfactory and are presently in discussion with Eastbourne District General Hospital on whether additional resources can be released in 1999–2000 to help raise the established numbers of nursing staff to average levels.
