To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how much was spent by the councils of(a) Edinburgh, (b) Glasgow, (c) Aberdeen and (d) Dundee on assistance to private sector housing repairs, indicating separately (i) replacement of lead water pipes and (ii) adaptations to help people with disabilities in each of the past 10 years.
