To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what guidelines exist for striking out court cases on the basis that they are an abuse of process; and if he will make a statement. [68242]

Any application to stay proceedings on the grounds that they are an abuse of process is for the court to determine in accordance with the principles established in case law.
