Member for Hartlepool (Mr. Mandelson), withdrew from any involvement in or influence over investigations conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry into the dealings of the hon. Member for Coventry, North-West, (Mr. Robinson); [65638]

(3) whether the former Secretary of State, the right hon. Member for Hartlepool (Mr. Mandelson), minuted the Permanent Secretary in order to record his decision to have no involvement in the inquiry into alleged accounting offences by Hollis Industries plc; [65596]
