§ Mr. MorleyI have not yet discussed with other Member States the ideas of the National Federation of Fishermen's Organisations and the Scottish Fishermen's Federation concerning zonal committees. However, the NFFO and SFF have themselves been discussing their ideas with their counterparts in other Member States and I shall be interested to see the outcome of these contacts.
