§ Mr. SpellarA Land Quality Assessment is being commissioned by the Oil Pipelines Agency to determine whether the Ministry of Defence land adjacent to Sully Hospital is contaminated and, if so, the extent of the contamination. It is expected that the outcome of the Assessment will be known by the end of the year.
