To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will place in the Library a specimen contract between BNFL and a German utility covering reprocessing services, excluding any commercially confidential information. [68427]

The contracts between BNFL and its German customers are commercially confidential in their entirety, and therefore we are unable to do so.
