§ Mr. IngramAs policing and security are reserved matters for administration by this Government, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland 109W has retained all of his current responsibilities for the oversight of security at Northern Ireland airports and management of the Northern Ireland Airport Police. None of these responsibilities are being devolved at this time to the new Northern Ireland Assembly.
