§ Mr. MichaelThe National Library of Wales is already planning a major exhibition about the life of Dwain Glyndwr for the year 2000. I have asked the National Library and the National Museums and Galleries of Wales, in co-operation, to explore urgently the practicalities of acquiring the Seal and the Letter on loan. The nature of the artefacts is such that they could be displayed only in the strictly controlled environment that can be provided by the Library and the Museum. I have asked to be informed of the outcome, and will keep my hon. Friend informed.
