§ Dr. HowellsNo. The Insolvency Regulation Working Party was established by the seven insolvency Recognised Professional Bodies and my Department's Insolvency Service. Its members were the representatives of these 197W bodies. The Working Party was charged with reporting to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State and to the Presidents of the professional bodies. The Working Party has completed its task and copies of its report are in the Library of the House.
