§ Mr. Paul MurphyI expect the new Northern Ireland Assembly to play its full part in contributing to the United Kingdom's commitments under the Kyoto Protocol.
May I take this opportunity to tell the House that, in Belfast, 23 schools and colleges have with help from Phoenix Gas, been converted to natural gas which will save 12,000 tons of CO2 over 3 years. This will help children's health and reduce costs.
