§ Ms Glenda JacksonRepresentations have been received over the years since the last revision from many applicants, their legal representatives and from solicitors' organisations. Representations have also been received from the European Commission. All of these are taken into consideration in the review of the Agreements. We have recently received and accepted a request from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers that they be consulted in the review of the Uninsured Drivers Agreement which is nearing completion.
