§ Ms JowellI made an Emergency Control Order under Section 13 of the Food Safety Act 1990 on 20 May 1998. This was followed by two Amendment Orders on 20 May 1998 and 10 July 1998 respectively. No other Emergency Control Orders under this section of the Act have been made by Health Ministers in the last 5 years.
