§ Clare ShortThe estimated expenditure in Cambodia for 1998–99 is £7 million. This is in support of a programme in health, education, urban poverty, rehabilitation, humanitarian de-mining, elections and the programmes of international non-governmental organisations. Planned expenditure for 1999–2000 is £5 million. A Country Strategy Paper for Cambodia is being developed and will be published later this year.
