To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if the National Assembly for Wales will have the power to(a) modify and (b) lift the ban on beef sold on the bone; and if he will make a statement. [81622]

Yes. The power under which the Beef Bones Regulations 1997 were made will be transferred to the National Assembly for Wales.
